Reviewing sessions at home

My  son was working for a IT company for years now. But this year will be a completely different experience for him.  His boss has suddenly assigned him as officer-in-charge of the division handling trainings and education of other employees from other branches.   This was a real challenge for him since he had to come up with an effective way of training and educating method.

One of his great ideas was Video Production, wherein he contacted a Video Production Company to videotape one of his training sessions, and then replicate these CD’s to be given to his trainees.  With the right CD Printing, he was able to distribute the correct CDs to the right trainee, since he was handling various topics, depending on his trainees, if he was handling front liners, the training session would be a lot simple compared to IT professionals. Video Production is the best training tool for trainers, since the trainees will be able to review the session at their own homes.
