Tidying Up

My friends and I were really so bored that we decided to go to the mall and do some window shopping.  It’s much better than staying at home and doing nothing. I went downstairs to get a bite to eat before meeting up with my friend, I asked mom if I could go to the mall, she said she’s okay with it, and asked me to do a little thing for her before I go.  Tidy up the living room.

There was a replay of the football game last night that my dad and his buddy missed, it must have been one good game, the living room was a mess, the football was on the floor, they were scattered popcorn here and there, soda spill on the carpet and couch, my dad’s and one his buddy’s NFL jerseys were hung over the couch, I got them and hang it in the closed.  It was such a mess.  My brothers’ “missing Adidas shoes” were under the couch and I also placed them in the closet, no wonder they couldn’t find it.  Even my dad’s priced Louis Vuitton timepiece was left on top of the TV set, this was the first time he forgot to bring his watch upstairs.  It took me a long time than expected to clean and tidy up the living room, and I was glad I did, because mom gave me shopping money for a job well done.
